As a result of Covid-19, Northwestern has canceled all summer camps. We are heartbroken that we are unable to host this year. We look forward to seeing you soon!
Northwestern Wrestling Camps are open to any and all entrants (limited by number, age, grade level and/or gender)
Additional Info: Individual Camp
This camp will take you to the next level and give you a chance to learn the team concepts that the Northwestern Wildcats have perfected.
Features:
- Technical instruction daily.
- World Class Staff which is trained to meet your goals and objectives.
- Live wrestling/dual matches daily.
- Warm-up drills at every session.
- The Northwestern University private beach is open on a daily basis between sessions.
- We will group you into several target groups and ALL campers will receive a varsity Northwestern wrestler as their coach for the week.
- You will be able to wrestle with current Northwestern Wrestlers.
- Full length matches (daily) – drill matches (daily) – skills assessment (daily).
- Outstanding wrestler awards will be given as determined by the camp staff.
- All campers will receive supervision in the dorms/wrestling facility/beach and common areas at Northwestern.
Additional Info: Team Camp
This camp will take you to the next level!
Features:
- 3-4 dual meets daily.
- College level practices.
- World Class Staff trained to meet your competition goals.
- Technical instruction daily.
- Video taping is permitted at all technique sessions and dual matches.
- Individuals are encouraged to attend and will be placed on partial teams.
- A team champion will receive a trophy and official championship bracket sheet.
- Outstanding wrestler awards will also be given as determined by the staff.
- Weight classes will be altered as needed. If your team is missing a certain weight class, we will make accommodations.
- Weigh-ins take place at Thursday's Registration.
- We do not promote weight cutting for these weigh ins.
- The Northwestern University private beach is open on a daily basis between sessions.
- Teams with 20 or more get free coach and free parking pass

This camp will take you to the top!

- Advanced technical instruction daily.
- World Class Staff which is trained to meet your goals and objectives.
- Live wrestling and situations daily.
- Focus on incorporation of the collegiate wrestling style in every practice.
- Strength training from a certified strength trainer.
- You will train in the Ken Kraft Wrestling Complex – one of the finest wrestling facilities in the country.
- You will be able to wrestle with current Northwestern Wrestlers.
- Full length matches (daily) – drill matches (daily) – skills assessment (daily).
- Outstanding wrestler awards will be given as determined by the camp staff.
